Now in its first full year of operation, the Closed Loop packaging process has delivered beyond expectations. While we initially expected waste avoidance as the outcome, the processes deployed have pleasingly aided line efficiencies and reduced work-related injuries.
This process improved efficiencies while reducing the potential for repetitive injuries. One operation saw a reduction in activity time from 120 seconds to 20 seconds.
